Robby Casteleyn grew up in the exclusive world of fine dining and party venues. At a young age, he achieved his diploma as sommelier from hotel school 'Ter Duinen' in Koksijde. Various apprenticeships and permanent positions in renown establishments completed his training:

  • Louis XV in Monte-Carlo
  • Hostellerie Shamrock in Maarkedal
  • Scholteshof in Stevoort
  • Hof Van Cleve in Kruishoutem

Robby acquired a broad view of different culinary cultures, tastes and dining etiquettes during his twelve-year career aboard several cruise ships such as Seabourn, Silversea, Regent Cruises and Xelebrity. Immunity to stress and high tolerance have proven to be valuable qualities drawn from this experience.

Robby has dedicated the past few years to a thorough specialisation at demanding catering companies and leading gastronomical partners such as:
